30-Day Return Policy

Our promise

If your family doesn't love building with the panels, you have 30 days from delivery to send them back for a full refund. No restocking fees, no fine print.

Return eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date
• Panels should be complete and in resellable condition
• Please pack them in the original box when possible — they store flat
• Gently play-tested is fine; we know kids will try them out

How to start a return

1. Email us at support@yourstore.com with your order number
2. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions
3. Ship the set back — once it arrives, your refund is on its way

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm your refund by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or missing pieces

If your set arrives damaged or with pieces missing, you don't need to return anything — email us a photo at support@yourstore.com and we'll send a replacement right away.

Want to size up from a Single to a Double or Quad set? Start a return for your original order and place a new one — or email us and we'll sort out the difference directly.
